AVPE was set-up in March 1997 as an SME supplier to the Prime and Tier1 defence and aerospace market, committed to a programme of continuous improvement through investment in its people, machining assets and quality processes.

AVPE offers a full sub-contract manufacturing service  up to 300mm for CNC turned components and 1500mm for CNC milled components. AVPE are particularly skilled at managing sub-contractors for special operations in order to supply complete parts. This service can range from sourcing raw materials to finished sub-assembly working to specific customer specifications. AVPE have a dedicated quality control/inspection capability which features CMM equipment with full CNC capability. This also allows AVPE to reverse engineer components when required. All production documentation have full traceability from material  certification, process certification to delivery. In addition offering minor assy, universal grinding and cnc laser etch and conventional engraving.
