Jonathan Lee Recruitment specialises in permanent and contract staff recruitment in the engineering and manufacturing industries covering all functions, within aerospace, defence, security and automotive. 

Founded in 1978 we now employ 80 staff, operating in Wakefield, Leicester, Stourbridge, St Albans and Basildon and internationally via a network of overseas partners.  Our consultants have industry and function experience enabling them to provide ‘Solutions through Understanding’. 

We also provide HR consultancy including the design and running of bespoke assessment centres, training, development and outplacement through our wholly-owned partner, Integrated HR (www.intergratedhr.co.uk). 

Our executive search partner, Factura (www.factura.co.uk) specialises in aerospace, defence, security and automotive recruitment at director level on a global basis.  Our philosophy is to develop long-term partnerships (85% repeat business) through the delivery of competent service levels and continuous improvement to clients ranging from SMEs to global plcs.
