BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Standard Events and Training Courses
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE DO NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING EVENTS:
WEAF Annual Conference
WEAF Gala Dinner
Farnborough Airshow
These major events have their own Terms and Conditions which are stated at the time of booking.
IMPORTANT: If places are booked as a ‘MEMBER’ and it later comes to light that the current membership fee has not been paid, an invoice will be raised for the difference.
WEAF reserves the right to restrict places on training courses and events where deemed necessary.
Cancellation Policy for chargeable events
28 days or more notice No charge
14 - 27 days notice 50%
8 - 13 days notice 75%
7 days or less notice 100%
No refunds available for non-attendance on the day
Full payment to be made in advance
Payments by credit card will be subject to a 3% handling charge from 1 April 2012
Refunds for credit card payments are subject to surcharges
Cancellation Policy for free of charge places
PLEASE NOTE: An administration charge of £10 will be applied to free of charge places for non-attendance on the day
No charge will be levied if delegates are substituted, but WEAF must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Gala Dinner
Refunds of payments will only be made if a written cancellation is received 28 days prior to the event. Otherwise the amount paid is non-returnable. Substitutes will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the event.

Delegate: Non-refundable however, substitutes are welcome up to 7 days prior to the event
Trade Stands: Non-refundable
