The legislation commonly known as Martyn’s Law is currently in a 24 month implementation period. Martyn’s Law – formally the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 – is the UK’s landmark anti-terrorism legislation aimed at strengthening security in publicly accessible places.
