The Boeing Company and His Majesty’s Government are pleased to announce a Boeing Competitiveness Workshop and B2B meetings in Everett, Washington State. This event will be similar to the successful events previously held with Boeing in Seattle and St Louis.
The Competitiveness Workshop, delivered by Boeing, will explore supply chain resiliency and how UK companies perform in Boeing bids, followed by a unique workshop designed to familiarize UK companies with Boeing’s source selection and bid process. In the second part of the day there will be B2B meetings between selected UK supply chain companies and commodity specialists from the Boeing procurement and technology teams.
UK suppliers who wish to participate should access the attached documents which give full details of the event and how to register. There is no fee to participate.
After submitting a description of their capabilities and review by Boeing, selected suppliers will be invited to participate in the one day event to be held on Tues 17 March in Everett, Washington State (Boeing’s main plant near Seattle). There will also be a networking reception and dinner for all participants, following the event, with Boeing and UK Government staff represented on all tables.
The event will take place the day before the start of the Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit (A&DSS), a separate 2 day event organised by BCI in the Seattle Convention Centre and so this provides the invited companies the option to stay on and participate in this B2B exchange (see details in the How to Register document, online or on the ADS Events page).
