The new Small Business Commissioner, Paul Uppal, will give the keynote speech at the West of England Aerospace Forum’s (WEAF) annual conference on the 28^th of February at Ashton Gate, Bristol. Mr Uppal will highlight the importance of SMEs to aerospace in the South West, the UK’s largest regional cluster.
