WEAF signs the Armed Forces Covenant

2 October 2025 – WEAF, the premier supply chain organisation supporting aerospace, defence, and advanced manufacturing for the South West, is delighted to announce that it has formally signed the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC). 

The AFC is a promise from the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly. WEAF recognises the contribution that Service personnel, both regular and reservist, veterans and military families make to our organisation, our community and to the country. 

Belinda Austin, Operations Director at WEAF, commented: “WEAF is proud to be a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant, this shows not only our support but our enduring commitment to the Armed Forces community.”
