Plymouth Electron Microscopy Centre Industrial Solutions Event Series – Discover what Electron Microscopy could do for your business

Published on: 1st November 2018

PEMC are relaunching their Industrial Solutions events for 2018/19 – and invite industrial partners old and new to join them to discover what Electron Microscopy could do for your business.
The series of Industrial Solutions events will take place on the main University campus and are supported by Innovate UK, UKRI, ZEISS, the University’s own Research & Innovation team, and funded by ERDF.
This series of free events will be held in the context of the Government’s Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund and the HOTSW LEP priority areas, and will feature companies who have already used PEMC’s range of instruments to develop a new product, or simply to gain a better understanding of the materials or processes they use.
15 November 2018
Celebration of the Plymouth Materials Characterisation Project (PMCP) to date; featuring SW Metal Finishing Ltd and Ramer Ltd which have both used the enhanced (including 3D) capability of the new FIB-SEM).  Innovate UK will also be there to update delegates on the latest funding opportunities for business.
