West of England Aerospace Forum is happy to announce an opening for an Events and Project Coordinator

Main Purpose of the job:

  • To organise, develop and support WEAF aerospace & advanced engineering events, exhibitions, conferences, training and projects from small to large size. 
  • To create innovative and unforgettable event experiences for over 300 WEAF business members who participate in the Paris Air Show, Farnborough Aerospace Exhibition and a 300+ Black-tie Gala Dinner.
  • Support WEAF Member services & business training’s with SME’s & large multi-national companies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design, plan, implement & follow up on all WEAF events, conferences & exhibitions.
