WEAF Golf Day – Driving Success!

The WEAF members and their guests enjoyed a fabulous day out at the Chipping Sodbury Golf Club on Wednesday 8^th October, on a perfect Autumn Day on the course.  More than twenty WEAF members took part, combining great golf with plenty of time to catch up, network and talk business in a relaxed setting.

The teams played a Stableford format to accommodate players of all abilities.  Although the day was all about enjoyment and connection,  there were some impressive performances and some excellent prizes, courtesy of Renishaw the WEAF golf day sponsors and one of WEAFs valued supporters.

The WEAF Team was there to welcome the players off the course where they teams enjoyed a meal and prize giving. Congratulations goes to:

Golfer of the day: Paul Caldicot

The golfer of the day was as chosen by Paul Street, Key Account Manager at Renishaw and Ian Davies, WEAF Membership Consultant and Golf Day Organiser.

Neil Aries commented “I had a great day, this is the 2nd WEAF golf day I’ve attended. Its a useful event, I met some nice people, creating good contacts.”
